Sullivan Farms Homeowners Association has contracted with Ghertner & Company to be the new property manager for our community. We are excited to be entering into this new relationship!

Ghertner & Company was established in 1968 and provides complete property management services to community associations. With 40 years of experience, Ghertner & Company is well prepared to help us with the many challenges that our community will encounter. This experience, combined with their management philosophy, lends itself to the understanding that no two communities are the same. Due to the fact that each community is unique, it is their job to work closely with the HOA Board of Directors to develop the short term and long range plans necessary to improve property values and make our community a safe and enjoyable place to live.

If you have not already, you should be receiving a letter in the mail detailing this same announcement. In addition to this notification, you will also be receiving another letter detailing our new annual dues payment procedures for the upcoming year. You will be receiving these instructions before the end of this month and payment will be due as it normally is by the end of January. If you misplace or do not receive such by the end of this month, please contact our Association Manager immediately. If you have already mailed your annual dues payment to the remittance address used with our terminated property manager from last year, your payment will be forwarded to Ghertner & Company, applied to your account properly, and no other action is necessary. However, if you were on quarterly bank draft with the previous management company, that ACH agreement is now null and void and your account will not be drafted going forward. If you wish to resume using quarterly bank draft, you will have to complete and return a new ACH agreement provided by Ghertner & Company, which will be provided to you.

Home Owners Association -

Effective Tuesday, September 30, 2008, the Sullivan Farms HOA Board has terminated its relationship with Equity Property Management. As was previously communicated, this decision was made unanimously by the Sullivan Farms HOA Board for the benefit of the community. We are currently in the process of identifying and interviewing prospective replacements. We should have this matter resolved over the next couple weeks. In the meantime, should you have any concerns or needs, please contact me or one of the other HOA Board members directly. We ask for your understanding in realizing that during this transitionary period we will be somewhat limited in how much we are able to accomplish beyond our aforementioned focus. But please know that it is our mission to continue to service your needs and concerns at a high and proactive level.
