28th - (Sunday, March 28, 2010) @ 3:00pm - Annual Easter Egg Hunt Party @ Sullivan Farms Pool/Playground area - All residents invited to participate
Easter Egg Hunt: Traditionally there are usually four age groups (infant - age 3, ages 4-6, ages 7-9, and ages 10 and up). There is a golden egg in each age group and the lucky recipient receives a special Easter basket full of several goodies. To participate, residents prepare 12 plastic Easter eggs with individually wrapped candy (please no chocolate) and deliver them the week prior to the event. We have also had refreshments, an Easter Bunny, and a face painter.

16th - (Thursday, December 16, 2010) 7:00pm - 9:00pm - Lawn & Lights Contest - for all residences with holiday decorations.
"Lights and Lawn Decoration Contest" and Trolley Rides. Each year lucky winners receive gift certificates to various local restaurants. Could your house be the house this year? Have your lights ready and someone from the HOA and Social Committee will be driving around the neighborhood to judge after dark (approx. 5:00 pm.) Make sure your holiday lights and decorations are on for judging. Awards will be given out that night to the top choosen homes.
