Sullivan Farms Amenities
Sullivan Farms currently has a nice pool, playground, field area used for soccer, and a pool pavilion.
Pool
The pool is for Sullivan Farm residents and their guests. Pool Monitors are provided during pool hours to ensure and enforce gate sign in policy and gate rules, provided pool maintenance, keep logs and reports on pool activities including violations of pool rules, bathroom maintenance, and pump room maintenance. The main pool is 3' - 5' deep and there is a separate kiddie pool. Lounge chairs, tables & umbrellas are available. Public restrooms are located in the pavilion. Also the pool offers early bird hours for lap swimming only. You must be 18 years of age or older and will need to contact Ghertner & Company for access code.

Pool Pavilion
The Pool Pavilion offers a secure location for residents to use with personal key code access. The pavilion has public restrooms, provides shelter during those brief summer showers, and are used for several Home Owners Association social events held during the year.
